I have one satellite that is always purple no matter where I put it... suggestions?

Does this satellite show on the Orbi "Attached Devices" web page?
Did it ever work (even once)?
If not, I recommend using a paperclip to do a "factory reset" on the satellite. Place it in the same room as the router, and attempt the "Add a satellite" at the bottom of the router Home Page menu.
