Can someone tell me why I can not use my user ID and password on my IPhone. Each time I try it tells me that account is already setup which is true. I set it up on my IMac. When I get my Orbi system ...

The "app" is sort of special, so there is a separate community forum devoted entirely to the app. People who participate in that forum are probably a lot more experienced with it than those of us who check this one. You may get a more informed response by posting there:
