My husbands iPhone does not connect via Orbi anymore. He had downloaded the app while I have the login on my phone.
I am managing the NETGEAR account and with Orbi the devices too.
With my phone I can’t see his phone to give access and his phone says it doesn’t trust the WiFi. Any suggestions to solve please?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Have the one phone that won't connect FORGET THIS NETWORK in it's wireless settings, then reboot the phone the try to connect to the SSID of the Orib system.
