What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Firmware is 2.5.1.22

The modem is an Arris NVG468MQ

    UInplug the Arris modem for one minute, then plug it back in and see if you get a connection and Orbi router connects.

      I did that already. Frustrating.
