I have an Orbi 40 that was working just fine with my old Canon printer.  I recently replaced the printer and now cannot get the new Canon to print from my other devices remotely (such as iPad, Android phone etc. ) 

I spent an hour with Canon support yesterday and they convinced me (by setting up a private network between iPad and printer, which worked fine) that the problem was with the network not recognizing my other devices.  Although the other devices access the internet just fine.

Can someone help me on how to connect the print properties for my devices so I can print remotely?

I have the router, modem, computer, and printer all connected via ethernet.
