I need to log in to Orbi to change the connect to 2.4 GHZ and no 5G. I try to logon to orbilogin.net and orbilogin.com and it tells me I am unautorized to enter the site and then it makes me change ...

If you've lost or can't remember your Orbi login password you may need to perform a factory reset.
