Orbi

My mobile phone is connected to my orbi but when I go to the page says cannot find

    You gave us nothing other than you have an orbi. 

    1. what orbi is it? (model)

    2. what firmware is on it? 

    3. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    4. what device is having the issue? 

    5. Are any other devices having an issue? 

    6. If you're on mac/ios, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.

    Please turn off your private IP address if you are using an iOS device. 

    To turn off the Private IP address please follow the directions listed below:

    Open "Settings"
    "Wi-Fi"
    Select the "i" icon next to your connected network
    Toggle off "Private Wi-Fi Address"
