Orbie AC2200 - Doesn't recognize the GeoLinks ethernet cable.

Question

Has anyone tried to connect the Orbi AC2200 product with the GeoLinks Ethernet cable? We have tried every combination of the GeoLinks and Orbi Ethernet cables in the Ethernet and Internet ports. We are using an iMac computer, the cable from GeoLinks works fine for internet but no WiFi service.&nbsp;
