Orbi/Genie app not connecting while Remote on iPhone
Anyone else having problems getting these two apps to connect from remote locations away from home? Home side LAN works. Can't connect whilst at work. :smileyfrustrated:
I just updated FW today on the CBR40 and still not working. Getting a Switching Products screen with a spinning circle is all on the Orbi app. Genie app give a cloud server timeout message.
