orbilogin.net
when viewing my devices using orbilogin.net the page seems to refresh every 3 seconds is this normal? If so why is there also a refresh button?
- May 26, 2019
I have contacted another Orbi RBK30 owner who has confirmed that he is seeing the same behaviour on orbilogin.net " > attached devices
Doing further investigation I found under "Advanced page " > internet port > show statistics that there is indeed a 5 second poll interval
So I am now confident that this is normal behaviour and will close the thread

Firmware is up to date
I was afraid that might be the suggested solution
before I do that can you confirm that the orbilogin.net "attached devices " list should not be refreshing every 4 seconds?

I don't believe so...

Well as suggested I cleared cookies and did a reset and fresh install of my Orbi RBK30 and the "attached devices page" on orbilogin.net still refreshes every 4-5 seconds as if it is doing a Auto rescan or dropping and reconnecting
I also had poor download results from "Speedtest" far far worse than from my original Technicolur router
I did a Orbi reboot which seems to have fixed it for now
I would really like to know if this "attached devices" 5 second refresh on orbilogin.net is normal

I would make contact with NG support and ask about the refresh behavior. That doesn't seem right.
