OrbiLogin requiring contant authentication

For the last couple of months, the web login from my desktop is useless.  I can login ok to the orbi but it then constantly asks to reauthenticate.  Most times it accepts the credentials but sometime...

What firmware version are you on? (please don't say the latest)

I know one of the versions had significant issues with this.

If you're on the most current, try factory resetting it and reinstalling.

yes, i believe it's the latest.  It's an RBR50.  Firmware is v2.3.5.30.  And i've also noticed a drop in range as well associated with this firmware.  So resetting will fix the firmware?

    Maybe. Its worth a shot.

    Have you tried any other web browsers to see if its an issue with your pc/browser?

      I have.  I tried with both firefox and chrome and had the same issues.
