Orbilogin wifi

I didn't realize NetGears customer service was so bad.  There's no way to send them a message with an issue?  Whenever I go into orbilogin.com, it will work fine for a bit and then only load screens that say it's not connected to the wifi.  I'm connected with my pc via lan, so of course it's not connected to the wifi but I can't change any settings once this happens.  After I close all the tabs and wait a bit, I can proceed normally again until it starts bugging out again.  Any suggestions?

 

  • Thanks for the replies.  It seems to be an issue with Firefox.  When I tried it with Chrome it hasn't had any issues.

  • What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

     

    What model Orbi do you have? 

  • Have you tried a different PC? 

    How about a different web browser such as firefox, chrome, edge? (you didn't put which you're using so try a different one than you're on)

    Have you tried clearing the web browser cache?
