Just download the img file(s) to your Mac, login to your Orbi, Advanced, Administration, Firmware Update, Manual. Do the sat first, when it’s rebooting do the router. No dongle or hard connection needed. It’s working great for me. Good Luck.
Great! I did it and it worked. (Some article said it needed an ethernet connection.)
