So I have a Orbi RBR20 and I am getting a weak security issue, how to I upgrade to WPA2/WPA3 IO have Spectrum Internet and also they upgraded to 400 speed. Do I have to get a new router? TGRI
Can the security be upgraded to WPA2/WPA3 on this model or is it outdated?
Yes, it can. See page 80 of the User Manual:

The RBR 20 and all Orbi AC series are EoL. Even if not in EoL status, there is no way to update the WPA features.
If you want or need WPA3, you'll need a Orbi, 750, 850, 960, 770 or 970 series which all now have WPA3 support.
