Just received new Modem and Router issued by Spectrum, raising speed from 400 mbps to 500 mbps. Will my existing Orbi RBR40 work with the modem, or will we have to scrap our Netgear plus five satell...

If it worked with the previous Spectrum modem, it will work with the new one. As FURRYe38 mentioned, customers with their own WiFi equipment are better off when the Internet Service Provider (ISP) installs "a plain modem". Spectrum has a wide variety of equipment:
- Modems
- Modems with phone capability (which I have(
- Combination modem/router/WiFi
