orbiRBR50 cannot access firmware updates

I guess this is the first problem ---" router only"   who is kidding who --I bought  the net gear Orbi system --router and satellite RBR50

  can not enter any firmware update sites

cannot reset password ( should not need resetting)

neat gear locks me out of everytning

recognizes nothing

wtf

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

     

    What browser are you using? 

    Can you access this site?

    Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on. Try IE11 or FF browser for setting up and connecting to the routers web page.
