Orbit Router Not Updating

So I have had my orbi router system for about 3 mounths and I relized that my Orbi router and satilitte was outdated so I decided to manually update the system sense the auto update wasn't working because it said no update is avalible. I was able to update my satilite manually but for some reason I cannot update my orbit router that is currently stuck on V1.4.0.18 and I always get the message "This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product."  when ever I attempt to manually update it, I have tried using a different web browser and connecting to the router using my ethernet cord and it isnt working still so hopefully someone can help me with this.
