i am upgrading my orbi router and sattelite to RBK43.  I purchased a used Orbi from a friend.   how do i reset the wifi password back to the Orbi given one?   thanks. wifiblues

    I would use a wired PC and web browser to walk thru the setup wizard.

Press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. Wire connect up a PC and walk thru the setup wizard.

      No, but you can if yon want to. The login info and pw will be confgured automatically on the RBS once it's synced to the RBR.

        that sounds easy.  I am just a novice!  Can I set up the new router using the same Orbi app as the current router?  the Orbi app does give an option for a new set up.  

         

        when I scan the code for the new router, will the wifi password it is using display?
