Outlook 365 synchronize error 0x800CCC0E - RBR50v2 wifi

Synchronize error 0x800CCC0E after computer is back from sleep mode.  Fastest way to correct this is to disconnect from wifi and connect again.  My RBR50v2 is connected to an ARRIS SB8200 cable modem.  I have narrowed the problem to the wifi because when I connect the computer to my phone hotspot, the synchronization with without issue.  As recommended in other posts, I have unselected the Outlook option "When displaying hierarchy in Outlook, show only subscribed folders". Error message is below.

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for vickie.egan@comcast.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for xxxxxx@comcast.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. 

Has anyone found a permanent resolution to this issue?
