outside of network access

have had my orbi for 3+ years, always worked perfect. have been able to access my WD mycloud NAS from with smart phone, pc etc., from outside the network with no issues. all of a sudden I no longer have access except from within network.I believe I inadvertantly changed a setting but can't figure out where. HELP

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

     

    Do you remember what area you were working in on the Orbi router that you might have made changes? 

    Port Forwarding or Access Controls?

    I would check the following areas:

    - UPnP & Port forwarding

    - DDNS setting if you'r using one for remote access.
