Parental controls not effective

Hi - I have enabled Parental Controls at a Low level, and yet I find that a search on free porn is able to connect and load to any of the sites that appear. So, clearly not at all effective. I have checked on several devices, rebooted the router, and I am pretty sure that I am not logged into the bypass account. So  - anything else I can do?
