password factory reset
My Orbi is over a year old but recently changed internet cable provider. When they installed internet I changed modem and when they connected the service they had to reset my Orbi router to get it to sync. I don't know what password they used but my factory password does not work anymore. I want to establish my own Orbi password now but the Netgear support instructions don't seem to cooperate. How do I reset the Orbi password?

I was able to reset password by using the step by step instructions I accidentally found on the Orbi Netgear app on my phone. It was very helpful and worked the very first try. Thanks for the reply!
