Password issues
I forgot my password for my Orbi network. How can I reset it?
My admin password
If digging around in your memory fails, and you have not setup password recovery, then there may be no alternative but to factory reset the router.
You don't say what the model number is so I can't point you at the manual.

you can feed in the model number and find all the documentation for your hardware.
