Apparently don't have the right password on file.  Also apparently don't remember my sister's name or my mother's middel name.  What can I do?

As you have discovered, when the Orbi web interface admin password is entered incorrectly three times, the Password Recovery option comes up.  Apart from (perhaps) Capitalizing (or not capitalizing), not being able to enter  the answers to challenge questions leaves only one option remaining: Factory Reset

Once reset, the Orbi WiFi is reset to the SSID/password printed on the product label and the web interface login is "admin" and "password".

In addition to making clear notes, it may be useful to be very deliberate in setting up the Password Recovery questions/answers. Click on the "down arrow" to expose all of the choices, then click on the question you want. Enter the answer.  Do this the second time.  Click on "Apply".  I got in a hurry one time and skipped some step (without meaning to) and later found that Password Recovery rejected my answers.  Having methodically set up device names/types and assigned IP's for 25 devices, I was not a happy camper having to do it all again.

p.s. If you want to assign IP's to specific devices, I have found that it is best NOT to set up the Orbi SSID until after that has been done, unless you have no record of the MAC addresses.  Once devices see the previous SSID appear, they will begin connecting immediately and get whatever IP address the Orbi gives them.  Makes moving devices to specific IP's more tedious.

Once set up, it is a good idea to save the configuration to your computer so the next time (there may BE a "next time", restoring the configuration is a "click" instead of two hours of typing.)
