Thanks for your reply. Sorry, life got in the way. About to troubleshoot it now though and try your suggestions. I wanted to send you responses to your questions too. Here ya go:
ISP modem is Arris NVG443B
Home is 1600 square feet, router is 25 feet from 1st satellite and 2nd satellite is 30 ft max from the 1st one.
Channels: Auto on 2.4Ghz and 40 on 5Ghz
2 wifi neighbors.
Gonna try everything you suggested and see what happens. Ill keep you posted and make notes as i move through each scenario.
Thanks again!

Be aware that you ISP modem has a built in router.
This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
Be sure to start RBS distance at 30 feet. Any closer could cuase problems...
Good Luck.

I already have ISP router in bridge mode. Orbi is in router mode. And I have all WiFi radios on ISP router disabled.
Current settings im trying:
2.4Ghz channel 11
MIMO, WMM and beamforming enabled
Disabled: Armor, circle, daisy chain, fast roaming, IPv6 (was already disabled) and turned off 20/40Mhz coexistence (couldnt find setting to force 40Mhz only)
With these settings, my upload speed went down a little. Not a lot, but didnt increase.

Try for a while. Might try a different channel or set back to auto.

ISP router says its in bridge mode but still shows ISP protocol as PPPoE. Should i change that to transparent bridging? and should i diasble DCHP no ISP router as well?
