Poor Connection speed
Purchased Orbi and came with satellite. Live in a three story home. Netgear DOCSIS 3.1 Modem, Orbi router on top floor, satellite on main floor. My office is in basement and I cannot get more that 30mpbs download speed. I upgraded from TP-Link system because signal was weak, but it was getting the same or faster speeds. Any suggestions?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. Being the basement may also impact speeds due to concrete and steel.One User Experience/Configuration:
