Port 8080 blocked

Tried to use a speed test website and it told me port 8080 was blocked.  Nothing in the Orbi configuration looks relevant to fixing this.

What FW version are you using?

What browser are you using?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP Modem the Orbi is connected too? Built in router here by chance?

Wired or wirelessly connected when doing speed tests with a PC?

    Browser: Safari

    Netgear CM500 Modem has no built-in router

    wireless succeeds, wired fails (weird)

      Same PC via wired? Try different wired PC?

        Fixed the Netflix, etc. stuff by turning off Circle.
