What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Three different browsers tested. But that shouldn't make any difference since the router reports the setting correct in the web browser even in a new browser that I tested. It just doesn't work when tested from either end.
