Port forwarding does not take effect

Hi When I setup port forwarding on my Orbi unit, it does not take effect. I have forwarded the following ports to our PS4 console    80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480, 3074, 3659, 6000, 10000-10150, 421...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    Firmware is V2.3.5.30

    There is no modem. Router connected directly to WAN.

      What browser are you using? 

      Be sure to clear all browser caches before entering into the RBRs web page. 

       

      Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

        Yes

        Three different browsers tested. But that shouldn't make any difference since the router reports the setting correct in the web browser even in a new browser that I tested. It just doesn't work when tested from either end.

      The Orbi router has to be connected to something.  The Orbi has no connector for coax cable or for a fiber.  The WAN (yellow) port must connect to some ISP device.  Knowing the specific brand and model helps eliminate some possibilities.
