What browser are you using?
Be sure to clear all browser caches before entering into the RBRs web page.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

Three different browsers tested. But that shouldn't make any difference since the router reports the setting correct in the web browser even in a new browser that I tested. It just doesn't work when tested from either end.- FURRYe38Apr 27, 2020Guru - Experienced User
So when you applying the configuration, is it the new configuration being seen on the web page or is the Port Forwarding opertation just not working?
Did you disable uPnP before entering the PF configuration?
If you have uPnP enabled, then any PF configursations should not be needed for PS game consoles. uPnP does all the work. If your in a single NAT condition. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

I have at least added ports to the configuration after uPnP was turned off. Don't remember the initial state as it was a while ago.
