What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too? Any built in router here by chance?
If uPnP is enabled on the RBR, then you may not need any PF configurations.

I keep forgetting to ask how you administer the Orbi: using the Orbi web interface or using the Orbi "app".
Port forwarding can be set up only using the web interface.
It is on the Advanced Tab->Advanced Setup->Port Forwarding/Port Triggering. This is described in Chapter 8 of the Orbi User Manual:

- Nyirishman1877Oct 29, 2019AspirantI know where to go to get to the port forward feature.
What I am asking is based on the attachment I included. How do I set it up?- CrimpOnOct 30, 2019Guru - Experienced User

I know where to go to get to the port forward feature.Great, navigate to Advanced Tab->Advanced Setup->Port Forwarding. Then,
- Turn on Port Forwarding
- Click "Add a Custom Service"
- Give it a name, such a Quad1
- Enter the external port information "21308"
- Uncheck "Use the same internal"
- Enter the internal port "8887"
- Enter the IP address of the Quad "128"
- Click "Apply"
- Click "Add a Custom Service"
- Give it another name, such as Quad2
- Enter the external port information "21307"
- Uncheck "Use the same Internal"
- Enter the internal port "80"
- Enter the IP address of the Quad "128"
- Click "Apply"
Port forwarding is now set up. Go back to the Quad, go to the same page, and click "Test.."
Good Luck
