Port Forwarding not working

And you do have a device using the port while your checking to see if it's working correct? You need to be accessing the port before checking it's status.
What is the IP address the Orbi router is getting from the ISP modem? ##.##.###.### or is it something different like 192 or 10 or 172? Just checking to ensure the modem is fully bridged.
I can only access modem control panel while the NG router is in AP Mode. Its 10.0.0.1
So the Orbi is in AP mode Then you shouldn't have a problem.
Seems like this is a NAT issue.
Can you try putting the ISP Modem back to router mode and connect your PC there and see if Port fowarding works there?
THen try connecting the Orbi in AP mode to the ISP modem in router mode and try your remote devices.
- I can't put the ISP Modem back into router mode, only ISP can do that. And no, this modem don't have port forwarding
