My routers LAN address is 192.168.1.1 and the WAN address is 192.168.0.100.
This is the problem. The Orbi is connected to a router. That router will block all incomming connection attempts.
Netgear describes this as a Double NAT: https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
Nothing done on the Orbi will fix this. There are basically two alternatives:
- Place the Orbi in Access Point (AP) mode and learn how to configure port forwarding on the ISP router, or
- Place the ISP router into "bridge" mode (sometimes called "passthrough" mode).
I would start with a call to the ISP tech support and tell them, "Please put my router into bridge mode (and disable WiFi while you are at it).
