It sounds like your Comcast modem is also a router. Is your Orbi in Router or Access Point mode? Since you're setting up port forwarding in the Orbi it looks to be in Router mode. Is your Comcast modem in Bridge mode? If not then you have Double NAT, where packets from the outside internet are routed once by your Comcast modem and then again by the Orbi. Double NAT is not ideal and can cause problems. It particularly make port forwarding difficult because it needs to be done twice (once for both router).
See other posts in this forum for options to resolve Double NAT. The easiest may be to put your Orbi in Access Point mode so it only serves your home's wireless network and things like port forwarding and UPnP are still left to your Comcast modem.
You can alternatively put your Comcast modem in bridge mode so your new Orbi does everything. Or also setup port forwarding on the Comcast modem to your Orbi's IP and then the port forwarding you have setup on the Orbi to your devices will work.

The Arris SB8200 is only a modem. No router here.

Oops, missed that. Thanks.
Did you copy the IP address from your old Comcast router to your new Orbi port forwarding rules? They have new IP addresses assigned by your new Orbi so verify that the ones in your picture are still correct.
