Port Forwarding RBR50 & Spectrum Modem

I've disabled all windows firewall on the PC I've forwarded to. I've disabled AV FW as well. I've called Spectrum and was told that all controls are by the router.
What are you running on port 563 and can you reach it from another device on your home network? That will test whether the problem is with the Orbi vs. on the Windows PC.
