Be sure you set the IP address configuration ON the printer to automatic so it can detect an IP address coming from the RBR. Remove any prior netowrking configurations if present.
Also ensure that your printer driver is also pointing to the new IP address the printer gets from the router. You can look at the RBRs web page under connected clients list to see what IP address the printer got from the RBR. You can also assigne a IP address reservation here as well so the IP address doesn't change for the printer.
Contact the printers Mfr for additional help and information regarding setup.

Thanks fro the quick respnse.
I have tried and failed to access the IP address configuration setup on the printer, l(ots of network settings sub menus but no IP automatic option found) so will have to wait 'til monday to speak to my printer people.
I think you're right about it being an IP issue. Have found the RBR IP address via iMac system preferences and the Orbi app so am getting somewhere.
I'll post the outcome!
