Problem updating firmware for RBS50Y

I am running an RBS50Y on firmware 2.3.5.32. This connects to an RBR50 and RBS50 both running on 2.5.24.

I have tried updating the firmware on the RBS50Y to the update files suggested - 2.5.106, 2.5.4.104 and 2.6.1.40.

Each time I get the message "This firmware file is incorrect". And, yes, I have unzipped them to .img files!

What might be up here?

  Just another thought - other updates have been fine using Firefox
