Problem with ATT Microcell and Orbi

Question

Since the last firmware update (immediately prior to the 1.8xxx firmware) my ATT Microcell no longer can connect back to ATT. &nbsp; It connected to my network directly by ethernet, and it can contact ATT for purposes of getting status and firmware updates, but can't connect for purposes of actually providing the microcell service. &nbsp;It was initially connected for several months with no problems, but now it doesn't work. &nbsp;Any suggestions? &nbsp;ATT is useless in support and claims it is the router (which in the end is correct).

In the mean while ,you can always download the last version that worked and manually install same so at least it is functional now

I needed the newest firmware to resolve an issue that caused two of my units to show that they were working for Europe and not North America.
