Problem with Orbi voice RBS40v-200 NAS

Hello everyone
I have used my Orbi voice with my netgear router RAX15 AX1800 for 3 days, it seems to work flawlessly but I still get some problems:
1. I can not access to my Orbi Voice's IP address in order to update the firmware because Nighthawk didn't find any newer firmware for my Orbi Voice so I need to do this manually. When I clicked the link of the default IP address(192.168.1.1), the result was my router IP address and then I found my Orbi IP address in Nighthawk app (192.168.1.2) It still does not work.
2. The ethernet ports on Orbi Voice are not usable. I want to connect my laptop to Orbi Voice by wire but both of them do not work. Does the wifi extender mode impact on these? (because I heard that there are 2 mode : orbi mode and extender mode)
