Daisy Chain has to be enabled for this to work? Is it enabled for you?

      Set Daisy Chain ON the Orbi router under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings.

      Daisy Chain can be found under >>ADVANCED>>Advanced Settings >> Wireless Settings.
      Please note that you need to have the nearest Outdoor Orbi synchronized with the router first so that it will start broadcasting its backhaul network that the second Outdoor Orbi will need then to synchronize to.
