Problems logging into xfinity site with Orbi and V2.3.5.26 firmware

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

I know the site isn't down because I can turn off wifi on my phone and log into the website with no problems. All other sites seem okay but I just can't log in when the xfinity site redirects.
It's an Arris SB6183. Yeah, I've read a few other threads about the factory reset and re-setup. I guess I got to try that next.
