Product already registered
So purchased the Orbi RBK50 today new, from a store - 21/12/2017.
Tried to set it up but couldnt get it working. Thought i would try to register the product to make use of my 90 day support.
Got the message Serial number is already registered in our system.
Not by me it wasnt.
On further probing, I entered the details in the support page. Got a message saying
Purchase date was Aug 24, 2017 and my 90 support period expired.
Nice, now what?
I wanted the support to see if I had done something wrong or if the product was faulty.
I am trying connect the Orbi system to a D6300 Modem Router.
Any suggestions?

Do you have your purchase receipt? if yes, that's your proof, call Netgear support number and explain the situation.
