PS4 has stopped connecting to my Orbi RBR50
For a while my PS4 has been working perfectly fine with my Orbi until two nights ago my dad turned off its internet connection as I was being too loud so he wanted me to go off, he does this quite oft...

Yes and he went back on the next day and he turned it on, I have also just spoken to the PlayStation customer service and they eliminated all the possibilities that it was something on their side.

Did you try simply rebooting the orbi? and satellites?
Firmware on the orbi and satellites?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
- OranB16Jul 09, 2020AspirantI have tried rebooting it several times, it’s on the latest firmware and it’s connected to my plus net WiFi.
But this is the first time something like this has ever happened - plemansJul 09, 2020Guru - Experienced User

"the latest" changes, can be used for reference for netgear, as well as can be used by others who might have this issue. Its why we ask. and it’s connected to my plus net WiFi.-----which model? This could cause a double nat. shouldn't cause your issue but its worth checking into.
But this is the first time something like this has ever happenedYou could always try a factory reset and reinstall.
- OranB16Jul 09, 2020AspirantWhen you say factory reset do you mean for both my orbis?

Just the router. You'll just re-sync the satellite.
- OranB16Jul 09, 2020AspirantHow do I do that? Do you mean to reset the plusnet or the main satellite as well
- OranB16Jul 09, 2020AspirantI tried it and it didn’t work, do you have any other ideas??

was it disabled through the plusnet wifi setup?
What model is that?
- OranB16Jul 10, 2020AspirantWe haven’t used the plusnet app in over a year and I don’t know what model it is. Is there any other solutions?

So you've factory reset the orbi and reinstalled it from factory?
did you install/uninstall the app?
Checked the plusnet device? Which you still haven't said what it is yet.
Have you tried hardwiring in the ps4?
- OranB16Jul 10, 2020AspirantHow do I factory reset the orbi?
I’ll try when I get back from work to reinstall the app and I’ll try to find for you what model the plus net device is.
Also I spoke to PlayStation we did a complete data rebuild and factory resets but nothing worked, they said it could only be a problem with the router - plemansJul 10, 2020Guru - Experienced User
