Depending on how much effort has been put into customizing the Orbi configuration (assigning IP's, giving names to devices, etc.) the easiest step is to do a Factory Reset and start over.

(In my case, a reconfiguration takes me over two hours and it is my last resort when every other possible effort has failed.)

I have done the factory reset. To get the ORBI back and running, I need the initial password for the network. I have lost the paper that had it.
Is there any way to retrieve it?

The initial WiFi name (SSID) and password are printed on the product label (bottom of case)
