Questions before buying Orbi

Hi there, Have a small resort which was purchased by 6 families. There are 6 cabins on the property with 1 garage. Property is about 350' x 250'. Max distance between cabins is about 100'. Cabin size is small, about 800sf - 1,100sf per cabin. I am more worried about coverage(range) than speed. I want to make sure each cabin has good signal. Anyone have a recommendation on how big of an ORBI system I would require, at least to start with? Thanks, Mike
