A 2.4G WiFi device cannot attempt to connect to a 5G WiFi. That is like a black and white television trying to show color pictures. It is impossible. Something else is causing the problem.
There are many posts concerning how to "split" the 2.4G and 5G WiFi names (SSID's). Those who demand the ability to do so are upset that Netgear does not officially support the practice and every time a telnet "hack" to split the SSID's stops working, they become angry.
Every 2.4G device of mine functions well with Orbi.

I understand that 2.4G WiFi device cannot attempt to connect to a 5G WiFi. But when I disable all Orbi system and use the 2,4G wifi of my Box, my equipment is Ok.
Something else is causing the problem, but what ?
