You could return the product? If you don't like it, you don't have to keep it.
There have been a number of posts about problems such as this, which have been resolved after providing information about the specific modem the Orbi is connected to and the specific devices which are having problems.
I can return the 2nd batch to Costco, but I'm still stuck with the first batch. Then what? This stuff is supposed to be plug and play. The instructions say so. Plug it in and it works.

Comcast was installed yesterday. I do not have a manual for the modem or know how to do anything to it.
