I can return the 2nd batch to Costco, but I'm still stuck with the first batch. Then what? This stuff is supposed to be plug and play. The instructions say so. Plug it in and it works.

Comcast was installed yesterday. I do not have a manual for the modem or know how to do anything to it.

Thank you for this.
The above shows very clearly that you have two routers in your network. Orbi has the IP address range 172.16.0.x and the Comcast has the 10.0.0.x which is causing you the issues you're seeing.
You have two options:
- Change Comcast to pass-through or DMZ mode.
- Change Orbi to AP Mode. You can change Orbi to AP Mode in the web GUI (orbilogin.com) under >> ADVANCED >> Advanced Setup >> Router / AP Mode
