Rb 50

I’m trying to update to the 2.3.1.60 firmware but the status has been “updating” for a while. RB50 and RBS50. Updating from a browser and Ethernet connected machine.

What version are you starting from? here's the release notes:

Note: If your firmware version is 2.2.1.210 or lower, you cannot update the firmware directly to v2.3.1.60. You must first update the firmware to v2.2.1.212 using the manual firmware update feature in the router web interface.  After updating the firmware to v2.2.1.212, your Orbi router reboots, and then you can update to v2.3.1.60.

    Hi. Thanks for the response. it was .41 i believe but an odd thing happened. i click on something else and i was afraid i had screwed it up. had to log out and back in, but it applied the update and has been running fine (knock on wood) since then.
