I'm having an issue with the my time app for my child's iPhone device. Some of our devices work fine and others do not correctly install the app. The dashboard screen does not show up or it gets a too many redirects error when loading the dashboard. Netgear tells me that my IP is blocked. This doesn't seem likely since I do have some devices that seem to work fine and we are all on the same IP through Xfinity. I'm pretty fed up with Netgear as they won't help me fix the problem without paying for their tech service even though I pay for their subscription for my time.
Any ideas?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.What devices are you installing on? Orbi app?
