RBK 13 - 100UKS

Why is my smart tv not discoverable when connected online with Orbi RBR 10. I did not have this problem with my old router.

    It would be useful to know how everything is connected.  i.e.

    • What ISP device is the Orbi connected to?
      (brand & model.  is this ISP device a "modem only", a WiFi/router/modem?)
    • When the Orbi replaced the existing WiFi router, was it given exactly the same SSID and password?

      The new router was given a new ISP address and is connected to my EE modem. Since installation I cannot connect wirelessly Laptop or mobile phone with my Smart TV.
